1. Introduction

Wylum Prepaid Business Internet services are made available through EMC Management Solutions Inc., acting as an authorized agent under a business agreement with Massachusetts Local Telephone Company Inc. (MLTC), a registered telecommunications carrier. All underlying internet services are provisioned through MLTC and may be subject to the End User Service Agreement (EUSA) terms where applicable. By using Wylum, you agree to the terms of this agreement, which incorporate applicable pass-through terms from MLTC where required.

By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). These terms govern your relationship with Wylum Prepaid Business Internet ("we," "our," or "us") and outline permissible and prohibited behaviors to ensure safe, lawful, and respectful use of our service.

2. Service Description

Wylum Prepaid Business Internet provides secure Internet access via a U.S.-based, business fiber-optic internet connection located in Boston, MA.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Wylum Prepaid Business Internet. By subscribing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You may not use Wylum Prepaid Business Internet to:

- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

- Distribute, access, or share child sexual abuse material or exploit minors

- Download, upload, or share copyrighted material without permission (e.g., torrents, pirated content)

- Access, host, or promote adult/pornographic content

- Distribute spam, phishing emails, or malicious software

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or services

- Launch or support denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed DoS (DDoS) attacks

- Engage in credential stuffing, bot automation, or brute-force attacks

- Conduct financial fraud, impersonation, or scams

- Resell or sublicense VPN access without our written approval

5. Security and Logging

We do not log your browsing history, content of traffic, or DNS queries.

We reserve the right to monitor connection metadata (session time, bandwidth usage, account status) for abuse prevention and performance monitoring.

Any attempts to bypass our content filtering or DNS policies may lead to account suspension.

6. Enforcement and Termination

Wylum Prepaid Business Internet reserves the right to:

- Suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion if it violates this AUP or endangers our network

- Respond to legitimate law enforcement requests with limited metadata when legally required

- Deny refunds for terminated accounts due to policy violations

7. Payments and Refund Policy

All subscription payments are processed securely via our payment gateway.

Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended for abuse or illegal activity.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

Wylum Prepaid Business Internet makes every effort to maintain uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We reserve the right to perform maintenance, suspend access, or modify service features at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. We will notify subscribers of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
