What is Wylum Prepaid?
Wylum Prepaid is a convenient way to get business internet, without a credit check, deposit or term contract. It gives you the flexibility to pay as you go and to enjoy symmetric fiber internet service. Services are prepaid in advance, so you won’t get a bill with surprise charges.
How do I cancel my Wylum Prepaid service?
You may call to discontinue services, and your account will be closed at your request. Or, if you don't pay for another month or don't have an automatic renewal, then your account will be closed and services will be disconnected.
What is a wholesale Verizon reseller?
A wholesale Verizon reseller is a company that legally resells Verizon’s fiber internet services under its own brand. We purchase wholesale access to Verizon’s infrastructure and offer it to you with our own pricing, terms, and support.
Can I get a refund if I cancel before my prepaid month expires?
If you decide to cancel services after they are activated, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you cancel your order before any services are activated, then yes. Credit or debit card payments will be returned to those accounts.
Does my Wylum Prepaid automatically renew?
You are in control. Enrolling in Auto Pay is a convenient way to be sure your service is automatically renewed each month. If you are not enrolled in Auto Pay, you must renew your service each month by simply making payment for the amount due to renew.
How long does installation take?
Service can usually be installed and activated within 1–3 business days of purchase. If not, installation typically happens within 5–7 business days, depending on technician availability.
Who installs the service - you or Verizon?
A Verizon technician handles all physical installations and service activations. Once an order is placed, Wylum will text you updates of when a Verizon technician is out for your installation appointment.
What do I do if my service isn't working?
First, check to ensure that you have renewed your monthly service by making payment by the due date. You can check your account status online. If you prepaid for the current time period and your service is not working, please contact our repair team at 617-291-8984.
What payment methods are acceptable?
Most major credit and debit cards, Visa or Mastercard prepaid cards, cash and electronic checks are accepted. Payments can be made via phone by calling our office: 617-291-8984
