Export Policy

1.Introduction
Wylum Prepaid Business Internet services are made available through EMC Management Solutions Inc., acting as an authorized agent under a business agreement with Massachusetts Local Telephone Company Inc. (MLTC), a registered telecommunications carrier. All underlying internet services are provisioned through MLTC and may be subject to the End User Service Agreement (EUSA) terms where applicable. By using Wylum, you agree to the terms of this agreement, which incorporate applicable pass-through terms from MLTC where required.
Export Control Policy
These terms are entered into by and between you and EMC Management Solutions Inc., doing business as Wylum (“Wylum”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Wylum Prepaid Business Internet service (“Service”) is operated from the United States and is subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws, as well as other applicable international regulations.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
Restricted Jurisdictions: You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Service from any country or region that is subject to U.S. trade embargoes or sanctions (including, but not limited to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine), nor are you acting on behalf of any person or entity subject to such restrictions.
Eligibility: You are not listed on any U.S. government or international restricted party lists, including but not limited to the U.S. Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List or the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Persons List.
Prohibited Use: You will not use the Service for any purpose prohibited under applicable export laws, including but not limited to the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, missile, chemical, or biological weapons.
No Re-Export: You agree not to export, re-export, transfer, or otherwise make available the Service or any related software or technical data in violation of any applicable export control laws or regulations, including by means of electronic transmission.
Content Restrictions: You agree not to upload or transmit any content, software, or technical data through the Service that is restricted for export without proper authorization from the relevant government authority.
Wylum reserves the right to terminate access to the Service for any user determined to be in violation of this Export Policy or applicable laws.
By using Wylum’s services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Export Control Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
